This week has been a good week for the dogs.
 
Rocky and Fluffy both managed to catch the eye of visitors and were booked and went to their new families this weekend.

Also we managed to reunite Tara the old collie and Rascal the cairn terrier with their owners.
Both of these dogs had been missing for at least 2 weeks and were united with their owners saw them on posters that the people who had found them had put up. Neither had ID tags on. Tara was microchipped but unfortunaty the chip had failed and didnt show up when we scanned her, Rascal didnt have a chip at all.
It just shows how important it is to have an ID tag on your dog, get them microchipped and regularly check to make sure the chip is working. Both dogs would have been returned within hours if they had ID. Please make sure your dog has a current ID tag and is microchipped as no matter how careful you try to be, dogs will sometimes slip out and get lost.
